It's a good experience for me, Director's are sincear about the progress of this Hospital but unfortunately they don't have any idea about the branding for a new set up nor they don't want to understand.

My dislikes are in this hospital that Director of the hospital has very soft behave so the staff has no discipline.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
