BPO operations management is poor and no learning at all. Supervisors doesn't have scope to do actual leaders job but they do job multiple jobs like TM management, quality , login as well ( if needed ) ...driving all kpi and action plans

Leadership did a great job by allowing us to work from home and supplied us with required logistics in no time. Being part of the operations this company does not provide ample growth opportunities. Opportunities are extremely rare if you are a team lead in a small process.

Dislikes

No growth or grooming opportunities for employees who are in team leader kind of role and are working in third party processes.

Any company becomes best if the people who are managing are best. I had great working experience of 6.5 years with Mr. Abhishek Saxena and Mr. Sandeep Prabhakar. They both have taught me different skills which helped me grow with the company. No dislikes as such but personally I faced the challenge for parking my vehicle (car). But that’s understood because of the lack of parking space within the building.

It was amazing. I started as an agent and groomed by the amazing manager/TLs got promoted as TL and gained much experience. FIS had the good professional culture.
