The company is good On time salary. But there was no increment due to Covid time. And due to process change many things changed. All Leaders will b same like in all companies who just care for there work but there was one Deepak Kumar Gupta he was my team leader. If you luckily are aligned under his team. Those will be your golden days. He is gem of a person. Main thing is they did not fire employees even during Covid. They just shifted there process so there is job security also. They did provide the laptops but the system used to lag a lot and management never accepted that there were issues with system and the agents suffered due to that, but FIS did efforts to make the WFH happen and that's really appreciable.

Dislikes

The management always try to make the fault of the agents as their process is so good that there could not be any fault in process, management needs to understand as per the agent point of view that its not the fault of the agent everytime but only the agents are blamed for any escalation or issue.
