With less than a bare minimum wage you will be hired, and even though you are working as a Marketing Executive but you will have to work as your boss's PA, digital marketing executive, receptionist as well as a Marketing Executive or Salesperson. You will be hired saying you will be working for QVC Exports but you will be joining Firstrade Metals instead. And, you will not know this until you have already joined. You will also not be provided with any offer letter, or Appointment Letter after your probation is complete. No salary incrementation is there upon completetion of probationary period. Even no one will update you with the fact if you are still working under probation or you are a permanent employee. You just go on working as it is without questioning anything. As according to them offer letters, Appointment Letter or pay slips doesn't matter. No management is there, no pay slip. It's based on one person's instructions - the director of the company. Firstrade is a sister company of QVC, and they are not manufacturers of ferro alloys, they are traders and it's based in Dubai. You will get to know this after you have joined this company. Very small workforce comprising of 2-3 employees only, so work pressure is huge with very less pay. Good working environment for men as they are priotized. Partiality is there created by the director herself, between men employees and women employees. Generally when team lunches takes place only the male employees are summoned by the director of this company. Might be a good working opportunity for males but for females, they are not welcomed, specially "bengali females", even though the director of this company is a female herself. Even if you work, your work will never be appreciated, and according to the director of the company, you fool around the entire day and do nothing, if you don't know something & ask for help from the director, you will be called lazy, and probably you are just laying around not using your brain.
