People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

There is no work life balance, 8hr on system. So many health issues. Management domination. No growth. For Fresher its good but not for experience. Night shift allowance not there. There is no comfortable to ladies.

Work environment and culture is mostly of domestic than MNC with not a good management environment. Washrooms are not hygenic and so with food. Management does not react to issues on time to fix any problems. It is not an employee centric environment.

If you are performing well from the whole team then no appraisal and if others are doing something wrong on chat for example using abusive language threatening to other party company doesn't give a shit but if the top performer only used rude tone in 1 or 2 chats they they terminate directly don't help them so that they don't get terminated

The recruitment team and HR are unprofessional, baised. I cleared my interview and hr name is Haritha. She asked me for all documents and I submitted them. They never asked for my offer letter first, later they asked it. Haritha didn't even give me time for atleast one day to get my offer letter. Later that evening I sent my offer letter and called Hairtha. She was totally unprofessional and pathetic, she said they the opening is now closed and we will contact you later which never happened again. I wasn't fired. And I was given freedom to try to designing which helped to gain knowledge. But also faced difficulties by not have clear info of what the really want. Ceo has struggling to explain his work needs.

I was demanded to work for three brands but my salary wasn't increased. I used to work for 10 or even 10.30 pm. But still my work was not recognized. I was offered WFH but Ceo demanded to come and work in office. But they offer permission to shift the timing but I didn't want to take advantage of it . I use to work over time for them.

Even higher education is not in this organisation they provide good employment and also recently sky process launched part time that was the best opportunity for students, preparing for govt jobs etc ,,this will help there a lot to financially support.

First source provides only one cab. Job security is poor Work culture, management behaviour, partiality etc., And the most important I am working comcast process the shift timings are very bad.
