Likes

FINCA is a great firm with smart employees. The job of an average FINCA employee is considerably secure. There is opportunity to grow all things being equal with appreciably good remuneration. It is a good professional environment to start and grow in.

Dislikes

One major thing I dislike about FINCA is that fact that there is not much transparency hiring and promotion of staff. There is a lot of politics in the system. The work-life balance is seldom there.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
