Dislikes

They do not hire freshers for dev roles. Only those with 8-10 years experience qualify. Thats a turn off for bright developers with less experience.

The work environment is horrible. You cannot even talk to anyone throughout the day except in the half an hour lunch break. Zero job security. Zero benefits. They hire engineers but the work is not for engineers. Saturdays are working.
