We, at Kolkata fee car parking co-operative society Ltd helping our city of joy Kolkata to keep vehicles safe while in parking....it's hard work but worth it.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
