Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Great exposure and work life balance. Good place to start off your career. I spent 3 years here and have learned alot. It's first priority is client deliverables and employee satisfaction. If you are really keen for Talent Acquisition, go for it, they have really good client base which helps you to get exposure in different industries.
