Lots of things to talk about dislike 1) cringe rules and strict timings if you went 5 mins late to the office you need to work for half hour if you went 15 mins late you have to work for 1hr if you went half hour late and they consider you as half day leave 2) they will do big scam in salary thing if you accept the offer they will talk about this timings rules and leave rules at all but they won't talk about salary rules which they are following when you are signing the offer letter before signing the offer letter ask them to give the rules and regulations of company and terms and conditions of the company and read it carefully and then sign . I think if you read the rules and regulations of the company you won't accept the offer 3 ) salary rules in your first month salary they detect half salary for example if your salary is 20k they will detect 10k they won't talk about this thing when you are joining they will talk about this thing on if tomorrow is salary date they will talk about before one day and they will say i think i informed you like that when you talk about this they will say they forgot to tell about this 😁 and if you won't agree to this they will terminate immediately so choose good company this number one toxic company 4 ) family politics company managing director and hr is brothers in management side they don't have the clarity to run the business and they will treat employee as a slave 5 ) I heard some trebbile issue which happened before 2 to 3yrs female employee worked their as a graphic designer she asked that first month detected salary when she is resigning and the managing director stalin has slapped that female employee and she went to police station and she solved their so girls think twice before you are joining 5 ) they will ask your original document like 10th marksheet don't submit it because when you are resigning they will play with document so pls when you are joining kindly read the rules and terms conditions they won't give if they give means you can read if you are ok with that then join and their is no career growth and you should have one of the copy of rules and regulations because they will change suddenly...Read More
