fastek innovative Toolings (I) is open to innovative Tool Manufacturing Company of north India. Its works On the Field from 1995.I like the fact that i am a part of Tool design Department. we work happily In collaboration.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

compensation is decent , but Growth is slow as compare to other tool manufacturing companies.the work Pressure is to much high.some times I have to work 11-13Hours Straight in a day .

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

New Development Part feasibility ,core-cavity Extract, Electrode Design, Enc feasibility, 2D Drawing .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
