Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

The company only takes office workers on tour once a year but workers will also be happy if they take workers at least once every two years.

Work Details

I have been working for the company for 7 years and when I joined my job my senior workers and engineers told me to understand the job so it was easier for me to move on to the next level at work

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
