False Promises – During the interview, management makes big commitments, but they rarely deliver on them. 3. Toxic Work Culture – The leadership, especially the upper management, treats employees poorly. The founder, Bhupinder Pratap Singh, blindly trusts his top management while disregarding the operations and customer support teams. He openly disrespects employees, using offensive language and blaming everyone else for failures. His only priority is his personal benefits and holidays, while employees are overworked and undervalued. 4. No HR Department or HR Portal – There is no proper HR system in place. Employees have no official channel to raise concerns, making workplace issues even worse. 5. Unfair Hiring & Firing – Employees are hired and fired at management’s convenience, with no clear policies or job security. 6. Excessive Work Hours – The operations team is asked to work for 11 hours but is forced to stay for 13-14 hours with no proper justification or compensation. 7. First of all they are a fraud company. They don't pay you on time. The upper management has someone called Mohit Agarwal, who has no capabilities to run a business. He thinks he knows it all because he worked in a failed EdTech company called Byjus. But he fails to realize it that those strategies were not good enough to keep Byjus alive then how can Fabrico be run on those strategies? Shame to these people who promise that "AFTER 3 MONTH YOU WILL HAVE A SALARY HIKE AND A POSITION HIKE TOO" but never deliver their words.
