Hardly anything to like. Kolkata office is good.

Dislikes

Poor WLB If you are not from Southern India, you would not get hikes or promotions Bonus will always be exactly equal to what is mentioned in your offer letter. It's never more, although the HR will claim that higher amounts are given. You'll need to take calls even when you are on your way back from office.

Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14.
