Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there
Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Worst HR support. Most of the time no reply from HR support team for the requests that we raise. Worst policies- for reimbursement they will not accept screenshots from their own approved Qwikcafe app for EY cafeterias as they don’t provide tax invoices. One of colleague is in notice period. For him the HR team said he can’t take any leave during notice period, only medical leave is allowed for that prescription needs to be submitted. No additional parks and benefits. Don't ever to go to team CSS in EY GDS, please ask while interviewing for EY GDS, I was hired for Power BI, and all I have done is invoicing and stakeholder management through their in house tools.

EY GDS as an organisation is really great. There are multiple programs that can help one achieve satisfaction beyond work related aspects. Most often people once they are hired are given choices to move to other teams even if they are performing not so well. Skills improvement is an aspect that is definitely ingrained.
Depending on who one works with (Principal, Partner, Executive Director, Director) the work life balance can be okay or fully messed up. Promotions are infrequent and happen only when a person is critically important and threatens to move out. Politics is an interesting aspect that one learns in a Big 4 set-up.

1. Worst work culture. 2. Lot of partiality, they have office in Bangalore for name sake. 80% to 90% Promotions will be for Noida people. Only 10% - 20% from Bangalore. Even though candidates are worthy they still promote Noida Employees rather than promoting Bangalore Candidates. Most of the leadership sits in Noida. 3. For communication they mostly use Hindi then secondary would be English. Even it 10 or 200 members connect/forum, they still discuss in Hindi. They don’t bother that you understand or not 4. HR are also for Name sake, if you complain on any of higher management they will discuss internally with them and target that person and also HRs are very Hard to reach. 5. Micro Management 6. You will fed up with filling more than 3 timesheets every single day. 7. There are no procedures for any thing, etc.. my list will go on. But this is more than enough. I have worked with EY for approximately 5 years and felt at comfort with few managers since they were very cooperative and understanding. The company promotes culture of flexible working hours in some teams.
1. Undue work pressure in non busy seasons and not letting charge time 2. Huge politics during promotions and increment cycle end. 3. Mental pressure due to unrealistic deadlines. 4. Leadership misuses their power to shut down employees raising voices against malpractices. 5. EY GDS not always following global audit guidelines.

There is no work life balance and seniors and managers are very unsupportive, always terget the colleagues. Internal politics are the major part of the EY. All the employees who working 10years continually they treat ourselves as the CEO of this company. Overall I do not recommend anyone to working with this organisation. EY GDS is not what I was used to be prior covid. Many things have changed, too much internal politics, Team size have gone big which is impacting the overall culture and people have come up with their own ways to woo the higher managers/leadership and get a floor visibility. So its a harsh truth but yes its a fact.
People who are working here for more than 12-15 years have now moved to a leadership position. Now all they themselves are interested in pursuing their own hobbies (oustside work e.g. Yogam Travelling, Blogging, Youtube, etc) and expect juniors to work 24x7
