Joining Big4 is a dream come true. Everything was very lovely the salary for a fresher is very alluring. The name in your resume will provide a plus point in joining other companies as well.

the most pathetic thing which I disliked is the working hours. normally it's okay but in the busy season, it's pathetic. then comes the help of seniors, some seniors are very lovely and helpful while some are very bad. they want a fresher who should know everything and should work efficiently and fast. all in all its a great company may be I got some really horrible seniors it's not meant everyone will get that. work efficiently that's it. good luck!...Read More

EY GDS is the worst place you can work for. No WLB, no compensation, no appreciation, no skill development and no opportunity to even talk to clients. You work for 12-13 hours a day and during busy season even on Saturdays. Busy season last for 3 months. Even after all this no appreciation. Seniors are insensitive and frustrated which makes working with them harder. You are supposed to work 24*7. Excel is the only skill you are going to learn if you are applying for assurance associate role....Read More

I like nothing about this Company. They only claim to make a better working work. But they are always understaffed and make the employees work 24*7 with little pay.

I work as an assurance associate at EY. Honestly the job sucks. It is monotonous and data entry work. You are supposed to work 13-14 hours a day if you want to get appreciated. You wont even get to connect with client. You will work as a secondary team.

Being part of Big 4 always feel like you have achieved something, but apart from having this flex in your cv you also get something known as poor work life balance in this company. It totally depends on which client you have been assigned, if are part of a team which is less hectic you will enjoy but you could also need to work for 12-14 hrs also if the required.
