As a Fresher U will learn Basics Concept, How to communicate with Client, You learn something new daily. Like plc configuration, plc programming, Control Panels Designing, Scada animation, Trends, Site visits, Also You handle the project yourself, you just need to be able to manage it. Working Environment, Job timing is not Good 🙂, like morning u can come at 9.30 am but But there is no fixed time to go home. Manpower is not sufficient. Also salary growth is not good

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
