BPO level AVP SVPs like Mukesh Uppada, all involved in exploiting the employees just trying to save their jobs and keep blaming someone or the other. Fake promises of working together and just dodging real efforts. HR also know the situation and they are also just playing by the same books. Silent layoffs asking to resign in the name of lack of projects. No actions taken to improve these cases. Even the exit processes are not standard, you will have to ask them to do their job or else they will breach 90 days too. For that also they will blame you. Miserable conditions of the current employees just surviving there. There was nothing to like they hired me for payroll later moved me to insurance process. And the funny thing is there was opening in payroll domain too but they never look out for internal movement.
