All employees are treated in the same manner. The directors or the CEO never show discrepancy based on employee levels, and they are always available to listen to our concerns and ideologies to implement any new changes in the organization's structure or work process. The organization supported us financially even in their hard times. Also, helps to upskill ourselves.

Everything, kindly do not join, they will fire anytime for no reason even if your performance is great as they go on loss, so can't afford to pay the salary. Bad for students also, worst faculty as they hire on low price.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
