single assembly line split into two line to keep social distance. Before enter into the company, all the staff are santitized well and temperature monitored, Made partition in Canteen area also not to sit together.

There is no proper planning and execution. Everything made at final time, it makes so much confusion and non clarity in the work.

Good work environment but the was culture was not good for me. There is no cafeteria. Company policies are not good they are collect the original documents from the new joinners.

Everup battery is a production company so I can't able to learn my skills. The main motive of the labour is to achieve the daily target so that job was very Difficult to continue.

Connecting same employees together is very good and kind-hearted to all the low grade employees, and i give manager gopinath sir 5* to that kind hearted person in one and only that manager

Canteen, transportation, is not available for workers company located is to Dengours for crossing road.

Working shift 8hrs is very good for health and wealth but 12 hrs shift is to Dengours for all employees and there are giving high work load day by day
