Their work life balance is zero as of now. Late evening calls with US team. 3days working from office that too on Given days by HR only. Too much rigidness on certain aspects.

Work wise you'll be good if you standby your thoughts and don't need to be a slave. Free food and transport were awesome. Goodies are there but can be improved.

Indian managers with their service based mindset of micro management. Not all, but some. You should be unlucky if you're placed under them. 3 months notice period for a product based company. Strict 9 hours and 3 days WFO. Unwritten policy.

Evernorth started its services from April 2024 in Hyderabad and it's growing rapidly . Hyderabad innovation Hub is given more preference for hiring new talent across Cigna entities. As of now work life balance is good and senior leadership is positive in their approach.
