Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!

I like that the company has provided a hybrid model. I would suggest if they can provide more flexibility it would be really great.

There are certain reasons due to which I don't like working here: 1. Senior leader do not appreciate and value my efforts. 2. Work pressure is created so much. 3. Low salary, after appraisal I got really less hike They have hired new HR who is doing all sorts of cost cutting not in company's operations part but on employee's salary part Further, there is a huge difference in salary of the people with same experience and at same level I had 3 yrs of experience when I was hired as Business Analyst and they have a policy of hiring a person as Senior Analyst if they have 3 yrs of experience but they didn't tell this and very smartly they did the cost cutting and hired me as Business Analyst. Then they told me that wait for one year we will promote you, however they promoted me but hike was so low that it didn't feel like that I am promoted People of same designation, who are hired as Senior Analyst are getting minimum 10-12 lakhs, but after appraisal they are providing me 7.5 lakhs, now just look at the difference. The work gets monotonous after sometime and you are just funding out revenue, headquarters, office location of the companies after working for 5 yrs. No work life balance you will have to sit until 8-8:30 If you are in Rapid Research team then I would say welcome to hell. Whatever may come you have to deliver your work everyday and sometimes you have to work on more than 1 task and have to deliver all of them by evening They are facing high attrition rate due to salary Also company is facing impact of recession, so there is very less scope of salary hike this year too...Read More

Management has no clarity or vision for future, random KPIs will be pushed from top management. Extream work pressure from AVP or VP, even though most of the time it is not required. Your managers will keep pushing you for more and more work with unrealistic deadlines and at time of appraisal you won't get anything as they don't care about existing employees and prefer hiring new people from outside....Read More

There is very few things to like about. Only the ctc to inhand margin is good

The organisation works on what they get from client. If client is not giving work or not paying, you will be grilled. And remember to never work in rapid research team here.

Leaders are not very conceptual in there way of working which is resulting in lack of clarity in execution. Ongoing project improvement techniques are completely off the table. Director level people create chaos after project delivery even if client is delighted and happy.

Not rewarding good performers. Better be a below-average employee, and enjoy your life. They will still pay you the same increment as a top performer(I am one of the top performers 🤣). SO RELAX!!!! Nothing new to learn, you can join if you want to chill with nothing new and challenging coming to your door. Better focus on self-development in every way possible. Learn new skills on your own. When you try to switch, you might not be industry-ready as you have learned nothing new from the job. Few are micromanagers, and many are following the herd of sheep. And they will appreciate poor management and behavior just to retain them. Job timings are 9 am to 6 pm, but you will work till 8 pm most of the time. The culture at Evalueserve is extremely supportive and open, there is a lot of encouragement for skill development, though it varies by team and managers but overall I found the management and people to be supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard, poor career growth, low appraisals, the company doesn’t do layoffs instead they will put you on performance improvement program and expect you’ll leave by yourself or the employment will be terminated at the end of cycle.
