Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. Full of politics. Rather than working one should focus on maintaining good relationship with the seniors to get promoted or good hike. U will not be awarded for your good work but will be blamed if any small things go wrong. If u do buttering and roam around seniors who have good contact then u may work less than required

Learning cources are good, policies are ok.

Dislikes

Managers are not good and higher management is not interactive with you so you can't raise your voice. They say "Your breaks are being noticed by the higher management" while my breaks count was mostly 2-3 including lunch break. Plus they have 3 months notice period and negotiation is totally dependent upon your manager.
