Variety of work and people, flexible work hours during non-event days. Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks. Being able to work virtually. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
