Don't work in eEssencea Infoserv, They are not given proper salary in time, they hold their salary anytime, they can terminate anytime, they don't give any payslip, they don't give over time amount, such a terrible experience, too much bad, I never seen this type of company,so bad.

Management is very poor and the AM and The Team Leaders are very bad they r making own rule they are not follow any rule which they given in offer letter.

No Hr contact point..no holidays,no comp off, no extra payment for working on holidays.. salary never comes on time..as per offer letter salary date was last of every month..but never got salary before 10 th or 15 th of next month.. they don't provide appointment letter ,salary slip or release letter.. struggled a lot to get the offer letter..got it finally after 10 th month..no confirmation policy..never expect salary hike .. because they don't have any appraisal policy.. no medical benifit..even in work from home,they don't provide internet bill or mob bill..in one word pathetic...Read More

Please, take a meeting of partner monthly 1 once and ask there problm regarding they face and even please get the better work from backend team they are not solving any tickets and repeatedly customers raising the ticket on same problem

Due to bad service provides to customer, immediately not allocating orders, customer moving to some other service
