I wanted to informed that they dont know how to behave .. they treat you like robot . They did not provide salary on time and with multiple reason they hold your salary . If you wanted to gave spot resign they are like no you cant gave that they send a false mail and gave a false reason and mention they terminate us because they didnot gave you to do the spot resign if you have multiple emergency .
