Actual client indiamart will give you possible targets but to earn more this essencea will make you work double so that they can earn more from single employee... You can get fired any time... if they want to fire before lunch they will not inform it will be done by post lunch Worst HR in the company... she is just name namkevastaover there. If you wanna survive you need to agree their everyword. Unethical work environment. Will make you work on Sundays even your is completed. The work environment is extremely unproductive. The seniors are very uncooperative and rude. There's immense work pressure, and despite claiming to have rotational shifts, we're stuck with fixed timings. When there's a high volume of work, errors creep into the process, and we're reprimanded for it, affecting our performance. Sometimes, the dashboard or AMEO issues arise, and the manager's behavior is unacceptable. These ladies (Munni) lack the decency to communicate with employees. Even when someone makes a mistake, they yell and behave rudely. I can handle the workload, but when the company's management is uncooperative, it's challenging to work. Payments are often held back for half a day or based on performance. During the joining process, they promised one casual leave per month, but they've never allowed it. This isn't just my issue; every employee faces the same problem. If I'm sick or unwell, they don't grant leave even after providing medical proof. Instead, they hold pay. If I take leave, HR calls immediately, speaks rudely, and withholds salary....Read More
