There is no work culture in ESDS. Management is not present in ESDS- if you know anyone in ESDS then you can join the company even if are not eligible for the post. Like in SAP team if you know Purushottam Aher then he will take you in his Team, even if you don't know SAP, any skills like OS or you are not able to speak good English.. The biggest joke is Puru is not SAP-certified he done B.A. from distance education. Company policies are totally in hands of Managers, if you are good with your managers then you can avail all the policies.

Dislikes

Politics and partiality are high in ESDS. I guarantee if anyone will take the interview of SAP Team, VP, AVP then they won't be pass in technical, interviews.

Job Security:- No job Security, if you are good with buttering then you are secure and if you are good at work, good in skill but if you don't know how to buttering then your job is in danger. Work Culture:- There is no work culture in ESDS, if you are good in buttering to your Manager then you are worth it. Management:- There is no management present in ESDS. They have hired a VP named Rahul B who doesn't have basic technical skills but he is driving a company like a dictatorship. He only gets paid to take updates from Teams and his one-line email like "is there any update on the issue", lolz. He doesn't involve in any Technical issues. They also hired the AVP named Santosh Sahoo, same he has also doesn't have Technical Skills. He only gets paid to make daily calls to take ticket updates and asks stupid questions to the Internal team like he is a customer. He doesn't provide any solutions to issues. They have started VP monopoly and he is recruiting his known people in a team like, he recruited AVP, DGM who doesn't have skills like L3 but they are on that post just because of VP. All old L3 are working under non-skilled VP, AVP & DGM, this is the biggest jock of this company. Also they have Team Manager who had been promoted from Housekeeping to SAP Head but that man is running the team with his housekeeping mentality and ruining the business of the company. About Teammates:- Every Senior/Old Employees have insecurity about new employees who has good knowledge and calibre. They are insecure to lost their job if New Employees will do activities or tasks so they are making sure to doesn't get the work to the new employees. So they start making a bad impression in front of Managers, DGM or AVP of new employees. Career Growth:- If you have good knowledge, Certifications and good skills it won't be worth it for the company. The only thing you have to be good i.e. BUTTERING then you will get Appraisal and all the things. Salary/Appraisal:- You get appraisal only in a dream not possible in ESDS. One of the worst experience ever. This is company which was built on support but now support is one of the ignored sectors in company. In the big decisions even the CTO of company is ignored. Very orthodox mentality. Your team lead and seniors get jealous if you get any professional help from any other person.
