Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in developing and leading AI/ML projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python, R, and GoLang, with expertise in AI/ML tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Pandas.

This role requires a proven ability to build scalable solutions in areas like Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and advanced data analytics, as well as strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Management :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions.

- Define technical goals, establish timelines, and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.

AI/ML Development :

- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models using tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Build and implement NLP solutions using NLTK, Open NLP, and Open OCR for diverse applications.

- Integrate advanced generative AI capabilities using OpenAI APIs and other cutting-edge tools.

Programming and Implementation :

- Develop high-performance, maintainable code in Python, R, and GoLang.

- Utilize Pandas and Tableau for advanced data processing and visualization to support decision-making.

Collaboration and Strategy :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

- Contribute to the organization's strategic roadmap for AI/ML adoption and innovation.

Research and Innovation :

- Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI/ML and proactively adopt relevant technologies.

- Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks to enhance system performance and capabilities.

Required Skills :

- Programming Proficiency : Expertise in Python, R, and GoLang.

- AI/ML Frameworks : Strong experience with TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NLP tools like NLTK, Open NLP, and Open OCR.

- Visualization Tools : Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations.

- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to completion.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git for collaborative coding.

- Experience with OpenAI APIs and other generative AI platforms.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
