HR recruiting a manager without background verification, and this manager does nothing and torture his team members. (This manager, I am mentioning in particular, had been asked to resign and leave in his earlier companies for his unworthiness.) There is no big appraisal here. You cannot live here unless you can operate in harmony with the boss and team leader. The HR department excessively serves managers and team leaders. Employees are not receiving their support. Anything you ask confidentially in HR will be forwarded to the manager immediately. Five minutes later, the manager or team leader reprimands the workers. Terrible experience. One of the worst company. Never ever join this company. Fraud company. Each and everyone including managers no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.
