Extremely toxic, full of politics, no check and balance for the seniors, they tend to exploit you. And if you stand up against them management will pretend to be supportive but at the end of the day they would want to retain their senior person no matter how bad they are.

Everything. Team culture. Office politics at its worst. People who licks directors and partners shoes move up the ladder. Visibility is the key here, no matter how much hard work you do but if you don't get any new business or you don't get any client appreciation you will never be recognised. None if you are on bench (for reasons outside your control like your resume not getting selected for client interviews)

Dislikes

EY uses PIP as a tool to fire people. If you are on bench, they will not give you any hike(0%), no bonus, and then put you on PIP when you complain. Once on PIP they will slowly start pressurizing you to resign on your own. This is how EY gets rid of its employees without making it look like they are "laying off"
