Managers don't bother about their sub ordinates, neither are interested to have any healthy conversations. Crapy salary hike, no promotion, no skill upliftment.

I had a great time at EY. I was surrounded by very hard working people who set very high standards and very good example. The Leadership under whom I work was very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

The demands of work is high and pace of work is quite fast. Even though I enjoyed it. But it may not be for everyone

Good from L&D opportunities. Offers courses, etc.

Dislikes

Extremely poor culture. Company don't give appraisal letters to some employees and states that it's a glitch from their end. Higher management incapable to bring clients or engage consultants and then forces resignation. Bootlickers in close circle with partners and directors gets promotions and benefits snatching all benefits from silent performers.

The overall culture of working is very good, colleagues are very helpful

Dislikes

There is no work life balance which should be there I firmly believe since working for 12-13 hrs everyday hampers the productivity of a person

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

They don't provide any KT prior to any project. They don't provide any support from higher side. They assume that you already knows everything. They don't give you any project. You have to beg for it otherwise they will put you on a bench and then make you resign

Big name that is easy to tell others without explaining much what it is.

Dislikes

Mediocre people in middle management making junior staff suffer at whims and fancies. They look the team members bad in front of top management so that they can shine and hide their mediocrity. It is a foreign MNC but, in reality boasting high standards of employee friendliness but, in reality, the policies that may help the employees are not effective on the ground but generate an effect entirely opposite to what thise polocies suggest. Like: policy says that employees are encouraged to work in different teams than their original core competency so that they can learn more and add value to their profiles as professionals but moving from one team to the other for the same reason is virtually impossible as the people incharge of that decision do not allow that, even if you are ready to quit the firm itself if not allowed to leave the current team....Read More

IF you are a good "A$$-licker" your job is safe, in fact they will create positions for you with made-up names.

Dislikes

in 2020 EY outsourced it's IT to IBM, exactly 1 year before that, the favorites of THE Big Boss transferred themselves (Not even an internal job was posted) to safer departments. These are the one's who never worked on a single issue, project or incident. Their only talent was spooning. When companies ask why they are loosing their reputation, it's NEPOTISM AND RACISM.

I like the exposure which we gain while working in a good team. The team members were kind and supportive.

Huge amount of work load. People expect you to work even when you ill. Our mostly weekends were working, we can't even plan anything for weekend in advance. Also my team did not promote work from home concept

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.
