Work life balance is good in core business services domain. If you got good manager you will really enjoy working here.Most of managers are really good, few are really amazing.

Dislikes

Few managers/supervisor are very rude, they will behave like they are king/queen of the world. And people reporting to them are their slave. They will keep finding reason to poke you, they will make you beg for leaves as well. God forbid if you request for wfh arrangement for a week or 2.

Poor work life balance. Zero job security. Unprofessional environment. Poor management. People converse in regional languages. Quality & efficiency are undermined. It's all about quantity of billable hours. Slavery is popular & appreciated. Human quotient is absent. Any different approach or idea is condemned. Engineers & non-accounting grads too are hired for accounting jobs. No SOP in place.

The culture in my team (Business Consulting) is good. It’s a hybrid working model and increment and promotion system is good. Work pressure is usually manageable but highly depends on clients too. Overall a good experience!

In case of difficult clients the work culture gets excessively complex and toxic. Learning curve is very limited. There is monotony of work.
