Don't Join Financial Risk projects of Indian entity. You will regret why you didn't take the alternative offer. Forget about personal life. Take interviews, prepare resumes for candidates, do your client work. Don't know who from this organisation went to client that guy literally did oversell to client now client is taking full advantage of it and you don't have anyone to complain. The culture in my team (Business Consulting) is good. It’s a hybrid working model and increment and promotion system is good. Work pressure is usually manageable but highly depends on clients too. Overall a good experience!

In case of difficult clients the work culture gets excessively complex and toxic. Learning curve is very limited. There is monotony of work.

EY is not at all a employee friendly company. Employees have to suffer a lot even for basic information. There is no specified department or person for employees query. Also, they something thing and give something as salary, they try to deduct salary as much as possible.
