I started as an intern at Ergobite Tech Solutions and later transitioned into a full-time role. The work culture here is really supportive and fosters growth. It’s a great company for learning, with a lot of opportunities to work on meaningful projects and collaborate with talented people. The environment encourages continuous learning and ensures every worker feels valued.

Dislikes

While working at Ergobite Tech Solutions has been an overall great experience. It can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, but on the flip side, it has really helped me grow by pushing me to enhance my time management and adaptability skills. The challenges have ultimately made me more resilient and capable.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
