Directors are very supportive for employees personal emergencies.

Dislikes

Decision making is very poor. Only motivating employees for there future in company but reality is very different. Not following any standard procedures doing whatever they want.

No Job Security at all. If your performance is not good, then you will fire as 1 month notice period. Work culture is heavy load at all. No smart work at all. Management is not up to the mark. Company policies are ok ok.

Dislikes

No career growth at all. We need to work as a hard worker as a technician. Try to go for smart work not hard work. See where technology moving and where we are. India want talented peoples and here in this company only hard work as a technician we need to work.

For the freshers company is very good, we will get to learn no. of things that we don't know at College level but skills will not be that much developed.

You will not get futuristic scope since you will be always doing the site job, also after a particular age you can't do Site Jobs

It was my first company as an employee. It was an on site job so travelling was a must thing. Coordination and teamwork should be there to achieve the task so it depends on individual and the circumstances if the satisfaction is getting or not.

The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, and has a global client base. I get to travel overall in India, But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime s late into the night.

There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
