Many Problems have to work with this full company. They are not doing good to the employees. The company only doing many types of deductions from the salary of the employees. Many types of politics having theirs. Showroom Managers are nonsense they have no experience and they are set in the manager's chair. Don't do the job there.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
