Hiring part and offer what they give is not what you get in hand I was hired saying I’m getting 25% hike but this company made that 25% hike in variable and kept it on performance based part. Where they don’t even give that variable part salary 100% no matter what you do. Also, unlike other companies this company will deduct 1000₹ from your salary for cab facility that too nodal point you get without AC cabs.
