Overall working is is good but job security not after some years. Working culture partially company policy is changing at the time of situation.

When the employee performance is low they do not focus on his performance what we grow there a force on his target and out the system. They do not provide time to time product knowledge program.

They do not get any training or program for the product we are self getting the product knowledge on browsers and systems at the starting of equitas bank we aware the banking facilities and brand name in the market.
