Company culture maintained well by employees, in contrast to the ceo and stakeholders

Dislikes

Maybe everything. Too much politics with just 15 employees. Not allowed to upskill yourself. No amenities available. Lot of false claims were made while hiring. Very less pay. Workload management is not justified as flow of work is unknown. CEO, his wife (so called employee), stakeholders are full of ego and attitude.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
