Salary was good and got opportunity for promotion too

Dislikes

Layoff phase was pathetic, very very poor decisions by management. Gave only basic pay at the time of exit. 3 layoff phase in schedule of 2 months and after that Management told the remaining employees that there will be no layoff and bamm next month the remaining employees where told to leave. No job Security at all, i won't recommend to join the company.

Only good for the underwriters.

Dislikes

Company had laid off it's hard wroking and loyal employees on "Whatsapp Call" unfortunately I was part of it. When HR head was in town he didn't even care to meet face to face. One more thing is Discrimination in salary,when two people are working in the same department,doing same work they didn't even get the same salary.

Everything is good about the company, the management, compensation, incentive plans, growth opportunities.

I think there is no negative point,even if there comes...it is discussed with the management and the issue gets resolved.

Work Details

The job is peaceful and interesting. Management, HR and all employees are very helpful. If you make mistake they will correct you with their soft communication. This would be my retirement company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
