grace time for morning, no salary cut for late coming

Everything : No fix time to leave in evening. everyone just sit on their seats, no discussion no talking , like School you don't apply your skills but you have to follow orders and their way of working. you don't receive Salary document. IT Staff and underwriting staff is worst. only 2 person in IT , and all time waiting for them for problem solving from IT. IT person think He is 2nd MD of the company after original MD. HR & Accounts dept are also Worst. Very Slow, don't give answer on time, always make excuse for late reply. No one listen to your problem. people join fast and also leave fast. employee not liking the culture. they join and leave fast. people leave even in 2 days time. every department is having problem. only very old 3-5 people are working all other new. they hire fast and then employee after join , find out problems and they leave....Read More

mr surave had made office politics and other gye also made office politics no security ( one word by surave or nitin and person out of the office) bad working environment if they want to fired yiu so they do in a sec and if you want to leave the job with notice so they didnt clear you salary. specially HR had not stick on their word. they first made a fake promises and after that they return from their work. i personally suggest that do not waste your career...Read More

Policies are in place but aren't followed. You might get networking opportunities and that's it.

Dislikes

Salary delays, don't honor notice periods or Hr commitments given at time of hiring. Stop paying salaries and vendor payments at will. Expect you to give longer hours with no renumeration. No work culture, petty politics is of course there. But worst part is doesn't matter you give notice period or not, you are not going to get paid unless you leave the day you receive your salary.
