Had a good team, learned a lot.

Didn't pay my due salary and FNF since the past 4 months after I out down my papers. Super unprofessional behaviour of CEO, openly abusing a single person in front of the whole team, idk what he thinks of his employees ? his kids ? Should this what an Indian IT sector employee feel like ? A KID ? getting scolded ? Very poor management too, not being transparent to employees at every possible step. You, as an employee has no guarantee in a job like this, the only winner is the CEO who walks away with a sh_t ton of money....Read More

Salary Suggestion

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
