1. Have to be in front of laptop for all the 9 business hours 2. Not allowed to attend meetings from outside of home or office 3. No work life balance 4. Promotion is forever a dream 5. Managers with full of attitude 6. Managers bully employees in front of everyone 7. No appreciation for good work

This company doesn’t have any culture. It is totally client based work culture. The manager has no power and they keep telling that log off once your working hours are done. But they doesn’t specify the working hours as client gives task in the evening.

Client round interview will be taken after getting into the company. That is one of the bad things. Some times to get client interview will take time. They will they have hybrid model but based on client policies we need to go to office.

They have good learning platform and industry tie-ups to get your certifications done. This is the only good thing about this organization.

Dislikes

No job security at senior levels. Zero work life balance if you are into some project. Whether you will stay in the organization will primarily depend on whether you are above 80% into billable roles with some customer or the other. There is not much choice on the kind of roles as you have to just get into something to survive. Please remember below things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer. Training is good but only when you are having prior knowledge of things and topics otherwise they complete the whole topic in one day and says to us learn in depth by yourself and another day another topic starts

The management of EPAM Hyderabad is worst they will not consider your knowledge and work if you are having good relationship with management then ok otherwise you will be targeted and they will choose other person who is having better relationship over you your knowledge and skills will not save you

if you are core technical person than you would like here for the latest tech to work. U can contribute at the other tech/project if you are intrested. Easier project change. Monthly connect with team members.

this organization is well suited for roles at level A2-A5 and B3 and abovve.However if you're at the B1,B2 maintaingin a work life balance can be challenging . Additionally building connections is crucials for growth within the company. MD is getting involved at junior level promotion .
