It is a consulting firm, which asks employees to work from client location. There is nothing from the EPAM end. If client is good product based company you might have learning curve

Dislikes

Promotion Process doesn't consider employee performance in the client project. Hikes are less compared to market standards, for this term atleast. Works like a consulting company rather than a Organization, EPAM manager will not know what projects we are working on because we need to work from client location, because of this our work is not valued.

Great company to work for which nurture its employee in a 360 degree for a better and secured tomorrow. Work culture is amazing with a global standard. One must experience working with EPAM systems.

-Fixed Salary -Good health insurance -Good client base -For tech enthusiasts it's a great place as there are lot of learning platforms and so many hackathons and code events

-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. Client round interview will be taken after getting into the company. That is one of the bad things. Some times to get client interview will take time. They will they have hybrid model but based on client policies we need to go to office.

The pay structure is all fixed, there are no variables. Appraisals are satisfactory most of the times. Work Life balance is good. Managers are mostly good.

Frequently changing systems, processes and policies. You have two managers, RM and Project Delivery Manager, which usually feels kind of confusing.
