1. Toxic environment. 2. Manipulative Manager/Senior. Acts like they are helping but always blame juniors and colleague for every mistake. Never likes to work keeps all work pending and then they will cry whole day about their work load. Keeps on bithching about other colleagues and staffs. 3. Less salary. 4. Not properly organised environment. 5. No sufficient support to newly joined employees. 6. Other branch Heads and staffs have no knowledge no qualification but think they are very superior and have full of ego in them....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
