Memorable to work at ERMA NZ. Multi cultural atmosphere from Asian to Europeans, Americans to Africans, Aussies, New Zealanders, Job security was there with contract to be signed upon completion of each term. Career growth was quite likely for those having aiming for that. Travelling was involved between Auckland and Wellington. Lots of politics, lots of opportunity of learning, working environment was excellent and innovative, work-life balance was lacking....Read More

Lots of politics at the Auckland office. Manager was critical for non obvious reasons, tilted towards advisors of his choice and personal liking. Criticizing Pakistani and Fijian Advisors for their skin.
Work Details
As Advisor Hazardous Substances, the group had to screen 70,000 Notified Toxic Substances/ Organisms within a given framework of time and to meet targets on completion of two years was a uphill task. A programme was chalked out and products were grouped.
