1. Failure of the proper decisions made by higher management, sadly affects the low-level employees and low-level management in all aspects ( like Appraisal, work pressure, and job security ). 2. Sometimes salary concerns are mainly for tenured employees and need to get them align with the overall market on which work is up and it should be fixed sooner the better. If we want to work from the office more, we should revisit the collaboration hours so it would be more consistent.
