Seriously very stupid company and bulseet owner of Mr. Manoj babu. I never expect this company. Dear adds kindly dont promote to this company for experience, fresher candidate seriously i have been mind sucide for monthly salary issue. They are not paying proper salary and expenses.pls Dont choose this stupid company. Very poor management they are giving petrol expenses but they are telling with all the person. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Yearly 25 paid leaves , late coming rules are not exist. But it's not written any way if you can better with your battering skill then you can get this fecility. If you tired battering your senior then they can cat your One last Month Salary. 🤫
