There's nothing much to like about this organisation except the fact there is bossy culture. So, if you are able to make your management happy and you can do buttering, you're good here. They are not much bothered about your technical skills, what matters most is you should be a good follower of whatever they ask you to do. officetimings are on a good side though. Not much work pressure. But please don't fall for this....Read More

Bad work culture. Bossy culture. Micro management. No job security, they can remove you anytime if they feel like. One man company who would not keep their commitments towards their employees and words. 18 months bond for permanent employees. Not good for growth in technical skills.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
